REDONE — General Terms and Conditions of Sale Last Updated: May 14, 2025
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTCS") govern all purchases made through the REDONE website and apply to all customers ("Buyer") placing an order with REDONE ("Seller"). By placing an order, you fully and unconditionally accept these GTCS.
REDONE makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing displayed on the website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free. In the event of a significant discrepancy, we will notify you before processing your order.
All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from REDONE. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.
We accept the following payment methods: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and any other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. REDONE does not store your payment details.
Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon delivery to the carrier. REDONE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us at support@tryredone.com before the withdrawal period expires. Items must be returned in their original condition.
REDONE guarantees that all products sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. In the event of a defect, please contact us at support@tryredone.com within a reasonable timeframe.
REDONE's liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product(s) concerned. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
These GTCS are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from a purchase made on the REDONE website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
