By accessing or using the REDONE platform, website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, REDONE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
Prohibited conduct. You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe on any intellectual property rights; transmit defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable material; introduce viruses or other harmful code; attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; engage in automated data scraping or collection without prior written consent; impersonate any person or entity; or use the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written approval.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of REDONE or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express prior written consent.
The Service may permit you to submit, post, or share content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant REDONE a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation and improvement of the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. REDONE reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. REDONE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REDONE AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless REDONE and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of any rights of another party.
REDONE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you at the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability — shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and REDONE regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. REDONE may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
